We send you your purchase on pallets through the very reliable Pallet Network nationwide. Delivery varies according to your location, so please check our transport map underneath the info tab on our page.

The above delivery times are from receipt of payment unless you have a terms agreement with us.
Receiving your delivery
To ensure safe delivery of your purchase, deliveries will need signing for. Most of our products are delivered between 11am and 3pm, unfortunately we are unable to give a specific delivery time. If you have any access issues, please contact our customer services.
If any part of your purchase is longer than 2000mm in length, it will not fit on the tail lift of the delivery vehicle. In these cases, the package will need to be lifted off the lorry by hand or you will need a fork lift truck. If unloading by hand, the package wrapping can be opened on the lorry and individual items lifted off piece by piece. Please ensure that you have enough people at delivery to unload your purchase. The driver of the vehicle will not be able to assist.
