Last year we made some design changes to our best-selling Denholme recycled plastic picnic tables to make them wheelchair accessible and came up with the Rastrick.

On the face of it, they do look quite similar, but the big difference is the 400mm steel-braced extension at either end that allow a wheelchair user to get fully up to the table and use it in the same way as anyone else.

Just like the Denholme, the Rastick comes as either flat-packed or pre-assembled and in either brown or black.

We paid a visit a couple of weeks ago to the wonderful Jubilee Centre in Pontefract to check out the two we had sent them earlier in the year and made a little video about it.

Also, the centre manager, Julie, sent us the following message to post here:
“The people at Jubilee are loving their new furniture and yesterday enjoyed showing off their new garden by hosting an afternoon tea party to celebrate. Despite the rain everyone enjoyed themselves and where very impressed with the picnic tables! With regard to the service please feel free to quote me as saying ‘Top quality service from a company that cares about their customers’ we have found you to be very supportive towards us and would have no problems in recommending your product and service!”

Thanks Julie!
