British Recycled Plastic lumber can be cut and drilled like hardwood, but please be aware that this means you will go through blades and drill bits more quickly than if you were working with treated pine.

We bought a 1.5m by 1m by 0.6m raised bed at the start of 2026. It has been a great investment. We have grown potatoes, french beans, lettuce, beetroot, spring onions and mizuna so far this year. It has not warped or deformed in the very hot weather we had for months and still looks smart. Very pleased and about to order a second one
Love the table - lead time was long - but they kept me up to date through the whole process
I’ve purchased a few items from BRP and have been really pleased with them - sturdy, well-made, long-lasting and a great environmentally-friendly solution to outdoor furniture. It’s also nice that one can speak to an actual person if one has questions.
Products are great quality- I know they’ll last really well. Fantastic customer service.
Seems to be good product. Only one item at their office, which is not where production is done.
What an amazing company I can’t be more pleased with the furniture which is reassuringly heavy and well made. Thank you Natalie for good old customer service at its best. We will be back for more
Excellent company to deal with. Exceptional customer service. Will 100% be using again.
It was really easy to order from this company. They replied straight away about a query I had. Delivery was on the day they said it would be and within the stated hours.
The table is excellent quality and will last a long time and therefore help the planet. We are really pleased with it and it is an ideal size for the little ones, in fact they will probably outgrow it as it’s so robust. It’s maintenance free so what’s not to like.
Extremely good product. Perfect customer service, any queries or questions quickly and professionally delt with by friendly knowledgeable staff. A genuine pleasure to do business with you!
Excellent customer service from the 2 people I dealt with on the phone. They showed great empathy, I was buying 2 Memorial benches for my son.
The recaptcha function timed out within two minutes so it wasn't long enough to pay, after being contacted by the bank.
really pleased with the furniture and quality, we had 5 picnic tables and 10 featherstone table and chairs which the golf club is thrilled to bits with.
What a fantastic company, we are so pleased with our top quality garden furniture, and the customer service was fantastic, we were kept informed on delivery times and our item was delivered when they said it would be .
I purchased four items: 1)Queensbury garden chair set in brown, opted for the large seats, 2)Roundhay garden dining set in brown and 3&4) Two Ilkley benches with sloped backrest - brown. I've been keen to have recycled plastic garden furniture, as I live in an exposed area and wooden furniture requires continual maintenance. Item 1) arrived in a separate delivery. Good customer service throughout as the product was in stock and arrived earlier than expected. I received regular updates from the driver on day of delivery. Arrived on time and very well packaged on a pallet. Easy to assemble. Looks fantastic and very comfortable. Unfortnately on unpacking the second delivery (items 2-4 although well packaged on pallets), 2 of the Roundhay chairs were missing. I contacted British Recycled Plastic and the customer service was exemplary. Not only were the items found they were delivered by a courier later on the same day. To provide some context this was a 6 hour round trip to complete the order and delivery to my home. The whole experience has been second to none: from all communication with the customer service team, to the amazing delivery drivers. I highly recommend this company and the quality of their products. I plan to purchase additional items, as I have been so impressed from beginning to end.
Very helpful and all on time
Customer service with a hug! Nothing too much trouble. The York benches are just perfect for our seating project. The whole exercise from start to finish was smooth and exceeded expectation. I have another project in mind and if I am lucky with funding, I shall be returning. Margaret Robins
We are delighted with our new raised bed kits from British Recycled Plastic. It was important to our Eco Council children that we chose a sustainable product as they are passionate about recycling and reducing waste. An additional benefit for us is that the raised beds are durable and safe for children of all ages.
Excellent communication from the Customer Services Team - thank you!
Always a quick and friendly response to any questions. Fully trusted to handle any problems.
Good quality products and very helpful staff. I bought a bespoke sized raised bed with which I'm delighted. Whilst I was assembling it I had a few questions and the help available was excellent.
Excellent friendly service
Super helpful with advising on my raised planter beds, very friendly, great service
A dream to work with. Very knowledgeable about their products and happy to help. Delivery was on time and the product came in immaculate condition
And some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from Natalie.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Natalie and the team for pushing our order through at short notice, we really appreciate it!
Despite the weather, we had a great day and the new benches and picnic tables looked fantastic 👌. They have made a real difference to our Sports Club, we’ve had lots of positive comments already!
We bought four Denholme picnic tables and a Skipton bench from British Recycled Plastic for our Local Club in Huddersfield. They’re the best recycled plastic furniture I’ve come across, solid, well made, and they look great in the beer garden. Delivery was quick and the team was really helpful. We've had nothing but good feedback from our regulars. A great addition for the summer!
Having first utilised BRP in 2024 for our first order of 10 picnic tables, we returned again this year to complete the replacement of all our old wooden tables, as well as try out some of their new benches.
Absolutely delighted with all the products, and we really must acknowledge Natalie in Customer Services who was an absolute star! It has been so refreshing to have a truly positive customer experience from start to finish. Great communication, super service, and promises always kept! Fantastic ambassador for the company! (She deserves a raise Jason!) 🤣
Very happy to recommend, and we'll certainly be back again!
Excellent service and great product. I always find the eco paving really easy to use. It is an excellent solution for providing a good looking, practical, feel good driveway surface.
Great customer service and you have lovely helpful staff. Fantastic that you get to speak to a real person and not a BOT.
Perfect sustainable solution to sit and admire the Cumbrian coastline. Great company to deal with and quality, robust products. Purchased Calder picnic tables and Skipton benches and all have survived the unpredictable weather and still look good! Bulk discount made it a great deal too. Thank you.
Ordering and delivery to Jersey was made very straight forward by the team at BRP. Easy to put together with plenty of fixings provided to get the job done. The picnic benches have added a very useful limited mobility capability to our Al Fresco area, will certainly be ordering more in the future to replace our weathered wooden benches !
Our beautiful table and four chairs arrived. We could not be happier, the quality is very good, and customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend.
When the first bench arrived, it was faulty, but they sorted the issues quickly, pick up the faulty one and dropped off a new bench and gave us a small refund for the inconvenience. This all happen with a lot of logistics to sort out as we are one a remote Scottish island. They were great. And the recycled plastic bench is also very good.
The furniture is perfect.
Just felt sorry for the delivery chap as he was on his own and the units were very heavy. Yes he did have a forklift but from the health and safety point of view unloading was a worry for those watching.
Excellent product with a truly sustainable footprint. The staff are fantastic cannot recommended them highly enough.
We bought one of the raised beds. It is a great quality product and i would highly recommend it. 👍
I think there's plenty plastic tht should b recycled it's better to b reused it's heaps better than having it being in the dump
we need to use less timber and use more recycled materials especially fencing and exterior etc
It does what it says on the tin! Or container plastic thing.
what a amazing way of using recycled plastic, the horror of modern day living. I would love to use them on a community project I'm working on at the moment in Plymouth😊
A great British industry. Let's support it 👍
we've got some of the 'plastic' raised beds and they are just da bomb. 4 years in, no sign of damage nor discolouration. Black colour attracts the heat, so keeps the soil temperatures higher in winter, which prolongs the growing season a bit. 10/10.
excellent service, great product range, and a keeness to innovate.. simple.
Great company with fantastic relevant products
A fine company run by highly ethical and friendly folk making excellent products.
Highly recommended!
What an amazing team. Hi5 for such great ideas and always educating us on what is possible. 5* 🇬🇧
Got some of the paving squares; fast delivery, easy to lay - even for a lummox like me - and they’ve taken some proper hammer over the last couple of years, still as strong as ever. Great purchase.
The products produced by this company are, of good and value. They are also easy to to maintain.
Such a brilliant way to re-use plastic that may have ended up in land fill.
