FAQs

What is a walkthrough design?

Our classic A-frame picnic table requires a user to lift their legs over the bench to sit down. A walkthrough design means the seat is accessible from the side, with no climbing or lifting required. This is particularly helpful for those with low mobility. The Brimham can also be customised to include wheelchair spaces to accommodate all abilities.

Does the Brimham come with a guarantee?

This picnic table comes with a 25-year guarantee, but is designed to last decades longer. It’s totally weatherproof and UV-stable, so it won’t fade, rot, splinter or crack from water damage, keeping it looking fresh and staying strong for decades.

Can I paint the Brimham picnic table?

No. The non-porous surface means paint is unlikely to stick; however, our picnic tables are manufactured with UV-stable colour built-in, meaning their colour won’t fade even after years of use. There are lots of colours to choose from, so you can design your table to fit your brand, school or organisation’s colours, or simply use our neutral range of black, grey and brown.

Is the Brimham picnic table suitable for busy public spaces?

Absolutely. The recycled plastic picnic table is safe to disinfect, so it’s ideal for high traffic areas like hospitals or hospitality venues. The XL square tabletop is perfect for dining and families, and the walkthrough design makes it suitable for people of all abilities.

Does it come assembled?

The Brimham comes part-assembled across one or more pallets (depending on how many have been ordered). We offer easy installation instructions to follow.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. Use our Buy More, Save More offer to order multiple square picnic tables online for an automatic discount at the checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us to discuss larger orders and volume pricing. Schools, public-sector organisations and large charities can also contact us about purchasing by invoice.
