Put simply, it’s an industrial approach to an environmental problem.
The process
You may be surprised to learn that the plastic covers commonly seen on hay bales across the British Isles are a core ingredient of our recycled plastic furniture. The covers are brought to our manufacturing site and thoroughly washed to ensure that all contaminants are completely removed.
The material is then chopped into pellets small enough to be melted down and formed into solid plastic lumber planks, which are used to manufacture our recycled plastic furniture. This is how all of our products start their life before becoming wonderful additions to our customers’ lives.
